New Superior CF™ Blue Fluorochrome-Conjugated Antibodies

CF™ Blue is a dye with similar spectral properties to Pacific Blue® which emits at 450nm. It is characterized by:

  • Narrow and well separated emission profiles. The relative stain indexes, which reflect the effective brightness of the antibody to differentiate between the positive and negative population, are optimal.
  • As no excitation detected in a 488nm laser, compensation requirements are minimal.
  • Compatible with the standard filter sets of cytometers equipped with violet lasers.
